Sovereign Documentation

Technical documentation for Sovereign AI, the low-refusal chat platform and OpenAI-compatible API for security teams.

Sovereign is a managed AI platform for security teams, pentesters, developers, and operators who need direct technical help with complex workflows.

It provides two main surfaces:

  • Sovereign Chat through the hosted OpenWebUI interface.
  • Sovereign API through OpenAI-compatible endpoints.

Sovereign is designed for work such as CVE analysis, exploit triage, reverse engineering support, infrastructure review, code audit, report writing, and long-context technical reasoning.

What Sovereign Provides

  • Low-refusal technical assistance for legitimate security work.
  • Long-context chat and API usage.
  • OpenAI-compatible /v1/chat/completions and /v1/responses endpoints.
  • Streaming responses.
  • Tool calling pass-through for compatible API clients.
  • Account plans, credits, API keys, and usage tracking.
  • OpenWebUI access for browser-based conversations.

Model Policy

Sovereign routes requests to a managed long-context reasoning model. The exact upstream model and provider details may change over time to improve quality, reliability, price, and availability.

Public clients should rely on the stable public model name:

Privacy Summary

For direct API usage, Sovereign does not store conversation content as a chat history by default. It stores operational metadata needed for authentication, billing, request tracking, usage accounting, and abuse prevention.

When you use OpenWebUI, conversations are stored by OpenWebUI so the chat interface can show conversation history.
